Booking conditions winter season 2024-2025

 

General

• Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these General Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between PassionSki GmbH and the customer. The object of the company is the operation of a snow and mountain sports school. This includes in particular services such as giving lessons in the skills and knowledge of snow sports, without guaranteeing a specific training success, as well as guiding and accompanying during snow and mountain sports.
• The cost of the lessons does not include the use of the lifts. PassionSki GmbH will not provide compensation for missed lessons due to cable car and lift failures. Only in weather conditions where more than 60% of the ski area is closed due to snow or wind storms will we be happy to organize an alternative programme for you and your family or cancel your booked lessons free of charge.

Cancellation conditions

• A reservation is only final and guaranteed with a 100% advance payment. Payment is made by credit card, TWINT or online banking.
  • • Cancellations 20 days before the reservation => Free of charge
    • Cancellation 10-19 days before reservation =>50% of the total amount will be charged
    • Cancellation 3-9 days before reservation =>75% of the total amount will be charged
    • Cancellation 48 hours before reservation =>100% of the total amount will be charged

PassionSki recommends that all clients obtain a cancellation insurance policy.

• In the event of a pandemic outbreak, the cancellation conditions can be adjusted according to the situation and any legal regulations. With the conclusion of the contract, the protection conditions according to the valid PassionSki protection concept in place at the time are accepted.
• Changes or cancellations of reservations via Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) must be communicated directly through PassionSki.
• In the event of a pandemic-breakdown, the cancellation conditions can be adjusted depending on the situation and in accordance with any legal provisions. By concluding the contract, the protection provisions according to the currently applicable protection concept of PassionSki are accepted.

Prices

The prices quoted are in Swiss francs (CHF). When paying in another currency (EURO, USD…) the corresponding daily exchange rate of the service provider will be applied.

Online payments

Credit card payments in favour of the ski school are collected by SumUp Payments Limited in London. Transactions via our online-Shop are guaranteed by the company Check Yeti.

Compensation

PassionSki GmbH is not liable for accidents during snow sports lessons and mountain tours. Accident insurance is the responsibility of the participants. PassionSki declines all liability before, during and after the lesson. We decline all liability for material damage.

Damages

Claims for damages due to errors in illustrations, prices and texts are strictly excluded.

Data Protection

PassionSki reserves the right to use any image material for marketing purposes. You can revoke the permission for the use and distribution of the data and images at any time by sending us a message to info@passionski.ch. The data necessary for the business transaction will of course be treated confidentially.

Place of jurisdiction

Place of performance is the central location of PassionSki GmbH. Place of jurisdiction is St. Moritz. Swiss law applies.
